A graduating class’ high rate of suicide prompts the discovery of a shocking sex abuse scandal

As adults, six men from the 1979 graduating class of a private high school in Charleston, South Carolina all committed suicide. When Paige Goldberg Tolmach hears that another one of her former classmates passed away, she decides to take a deeper look into her past. She uncovers a shocking sex abuse scandal that Porter Gaud School administrators had covered up. Later Eddie Fischer, who taught at the school from 1972 to 1982, would confess that he had sexually abused at least 39 boys there and at other schools.
