UNLEASHED is a non-profit organization founded by Kara Ross that celebrates and supports female artisans and entrepreneurs around the world. The organization provides access to capital and markets, while allowing women to share stories through multimedia formats.

CONNECTING THREAD is a series of short films, each directed by an Oscar-caliber female director.
