The Long Dumb Road

A heartfelt comedy about two very different men on a road trip together

2018 | Running Time: 90 minutes | Rating: NR

THE LONG DUMB ROAD follows the story of two very different men, Nat (Tony Revolori) and Richard (Jason Mantzoukas), who serendipitously meet and take an unexpected journey together through the American Southwest. Both at a personal crossroads during their trip, the men discover each other’s philosophies and learn how they need to be more like each other. Inspired by a conversation director Hannah Fidell had with a friend on a hike, this comedic and honest film examines how differences in class, race, age and life experience can both divide us and bring us together. THE LONG DUMB ROAD premiered at the 2018 Sundance Film Festival. Director/Producer/Writer: Hannah Fidell; Writer: Carson Mell; Starring: Jason Mantzoukas, Tony Revolori; Producers: Jonathan Duffy, Hannah Fidell, Jacqueline E. Ingram, Kelly Williams; Executive Producers: Dan Cogan, Geralyn White Dreyfous, Wendy Ettinger, Mynette Louie, Julie Parker Benello, Alivia Van Couvering
